This experience means that they have built up a fantastic working relationship with Manx fishermen. Fresh fish is landed by the local boats and delivered within a short space of time, ensuring that our customers receive the freshest fish possible.
At Paddy's, their aim is to provide the highest quality, freshest and sustainable (where possible) fish and seafood.
Over the years they have become famous for their own Smoked.
Salmon which has won awards and is locally smoked to an age old recipe using cherry wood. Manx Queenies (Queen Scallops) and King Scallops also have something of a reputation and good old Manx Kippers are always a favourite.
Look out for their Manx Stamp.
The Paddy's Manx Stamp is used to identify products that are either caught in Manx waters or smoked in Paddy's Smoke House.
