Noa Bakehouse handcrafts and bakes sourdough bread in its Douglas-based artisan bakery daily and deliver to our larger stores every morning. We sell their four popular sourdough variants: a seeded rye loaf with white and wholemeal flour, a white sourdough hand-rolled baguette, the hand shaped 'Laxey White' that is made using exclusively Manx Laxey Glen Mills flour and a 'Manx Wild' loaf, made with a mix of stone ground wholemeal and Laxey King flour as well as bloomers, baguettes, rolls, bagels and pastries.
