These heroes are renowned for producing fantastic tasting, high quality products right here on the Isle of Man. We feel that these brands need and deserve a place to shine in-store and to the end we have created an end fixture in our Douglas store, to highlight some of these brands. Using local ingredients is vital to these companies, as it reinforces the strength and heritage of the foods on the island and mostly importantly reinforces the provenance of the products to our customers. Customers are becoming more discerning about the food that they buy, with provenance playing an important role in the choices that they make.
